Welcome to the Buyasap Africa FAQ page. Here, you will find answers to the most common questions about buying, selling, payments, and deliveries on our platform.

Buyasap Africa is an online commerce and logistics platform designed to connect African buyers, local merchants, and fast-delivery networks. Our goal is to make digital shopping, retail, and delivery reliable, fast, and secure.
While you can browse products and listings without an account, you must register to complete a purchase, track your orders in real time, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
Simply click on the “Sign Up” button on our website (buyasap.africa), select whether you are signing up as a Customer or a Merchant, fill in the required fields (name, email, phone number, and password), and verify your email.
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:
Debit/Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve) via our secure payment gateways.
Direct Bank Transfers (using the virtual account numbers generated at checkout).
Mobile Money and Wallet payments (where applicable).
Yes, absolutely. We secure all sensitive data using industry-standard SSL encryption protocols. Your payment processing is handled securely by leading, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways in Africa. Buyasap Africa does not store your full card details on our servers.
Please do not attempt the payment again. Send a screenshot of your bank debit alert, along with your registered email and the transaction details, to techbuyasap@gmail.com. Our technical team will investigate and either manually confirm your order or assist in initiating an immediate reversal from the payment gateway.
We currently ship to all major cities across Nigeria, with plans to expand our delivery coverage to other African countries soon.
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
Local Deliveries (within major hubs): 1 to 3 business days.
Interstate/Regional Deliveries: 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended during holidays, high-volume sale events, or extreme weather conditions.
Once your merchant dispatches your package and it is verified by our logistics partners, we will send a tracking link and a tracking number via SMS and email. You can enter this code in the tracking section of buyasap.africa to monitor its progress.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, you must call us immediately at +234 818 331 9097 within 1 hour of placing your order. Once a package is handed over to our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee address modifications, though we will try our best to coordinate with the courier.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, you are eligible to request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Your Order ID.
Clear photos or video evidence of the issue (for damaged or incorrect items).
A brief description of why you are requesting a return.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (or designated bank account) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Navigate to buyasap.africa, click “Become a Seller”, complete the merchant registration form, and upload your business credentials. Once our onboarding team reviews and approves your storefront, you can begin listing your products.
We process merchant payouts on a structured, weekly schedule. Earnings from completed, successfully delivered sales are deposited directly into your linked bank account or merchant wallet, subject to our standard commission rates and platform terms.
Buyasap provides integrated shipping services through our partnered logistics networks. When an order is placed, merchants simply need to pack the product securely and hand it over to our assigned courier during pickup, or drop it off at a designated logistics hub.
