To place an order, follow the steps below

• Search for an item using the search bar or categories
• Compare prices from vendors
• Add the item to your cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Provide customer information
  Select a payment option
• Confirm payment and order is placed

To track an order, follow the steps below

• Login into your account
• Click on my account
  Select Orders
• Then click see details in front of the order you wish to track
• Click the Track Item button and the delivery details will be displayed
• Kindly note that an email will be sent to you when your order is shipped for delivery.

Click homepage and click on a category name from the category list of options. This displays all the products we have in that category. You can also search for the item by name in the search space here.

The normal delivery SLA (service-level agreement) is revealed on the product page but it also depends on your city.

To reset your account password, kindly follow these simple steps below:

• Click the forget password option.
• Input your registered email address (A link will be sent to your email.).
• Input your new Password and Confirm your password.
• Then proceed to log in with your new password.

Absolutely. We are dedicated to offering our customers 100% genuine and original products. We also take all compulsory actions to ensure that any vendor found to be selling non-genuine products is immediately delisted from BuyAsap.

BuyAsap usually offers new products from our vendors. However, some of our vendors do offer fairly used items at a reasonable price. It will be indicated openly on the product page if an item is a fairly used product.

There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from BuyAsap. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.

If your order consists of items from more than one vendor, your items will arrive separately. If your order consists of items from a single vendor, your items may arrive together or separately. If your orders arrive separately, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered Asap.

Your order may be delivered by our delivery partners (GIG and ACE Logistics respectively) and by other affiliates’ courier companies. Please note that you may be called before or on the same day as delivery to confirm if you are available to receive your order.

You can purchase on BuyAsap using a debit card. We additionally offer support for Crypto wallets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT respectively). You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

If you’re not available, a new delivery will be performed or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the state and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to a pick-up station near you to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
