Returns and Refunds

Returns
In the event of any defect with the item ordered, customers have to return the product within 24-36 hours of purchase. The product must be in the same condition it was received, and undamaged in any way. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. However, if the defect is as a result of the customer’s fault, the customer shall bear the liability.
Return options
The customer can elect to return the item by either:
- Contacting BUYASAP.AFRICA LIMITED and we redirect them to the delivery company for drop off.
- Contacting BUYASAP.AFRICA LIMITED and requesting that the delivery comes to pick up the item for a fee.
If the item requires a replacement, BUYASAP.AFRICA LIMITED will cover the re-delivery of the replaced goods at no cost to the customer.
Refund
After receiving the item, our team of professionals will notify the customer about the receipt of the returned item, inspect it, and will immediately notify the customer on the status of refund after inspecting the item. We will process a refund if it meets our returns policy requirement as stated above, and if a replacement is impracticable. If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s card (or original method of payment). The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on the account. The customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on his/her card issuer’s policies. If the product is damaged in any way, the customer initiated the return after 24-36 hours have passed, he/she will not be eligible for a refund. Delivery costs are non¬refundable; if a customer receives a refund, the cost of delivery will not be factored into the refund.
All refunds are made payable in Nigerian Naira(NGN).
In accordance with the law, 7.5% of the value of all purchases made on the BUYASAP.AFRICA LIMITED platform is charged to the buyer as Value Added Tax (VAT). In the event of a refund, VAT paid on purchases shall be excluded.
